This role is responsible for developing, delivering, and coordinating programming, community outreach, and engagement activities to positively impact the community and advance strategic priorities. The librarian must also model exceptional information and readers services while building and maintaining responsive relationships with community partners.
Candidates must possess a master’s degree in library science or information science from an ala accredited faculty, with 1 to 3 years of related public library experience being a minimum requirement. Assets include experience in program facilitation and execution, as well as knowledge of healthy child development or aging principles.
