The assistant sports editor will support the sports editor by generating story ideas for each issue and is required to write at least one story per week. Duties also include fact-Checking stories and maintaining timely communication with the direct supervisor.
Candidates must possess sound analytical thinking, planning, prioritization, and execution skills, and must be able to thrive in a fast-Paced environment. A writing sample must be submitted with the application.
