Deputy News Editor

The deputy news editor will collaborate with the news editor on story ideas, write at least two stories per issue for the news section, and assist in fact-Checking stories within the news section. Responsibilities also include attending and covering key university governance meetings like ams assembly, board of directors, and senate.

Candidates must possess sound analytical thinking, planning, prioritization, and execution skills, and demonstrate the ability to thrive in a fast-Paced environment. A writing sample must be submitted with the application via email to supplement the submission.
