The lecturer will contribute to the assessment and evaluation of learners in the clinical setting of the gateway team-Based care teaching clinic, engaging in clinical teaching and possibly some lecturing using various instructional methods. The role also involves engaging in clinical supervision and service contributions to advance collaborative health education, practice, or quality improvement.
Successful applicants must be currently credentialed as a practicing nurse practitioner, holding a master’s or doctoral degree in nursing, and must hold np registration with the british columbia college of nurses and midwives (Bccnm). Experience teaching nurse practitioner students or direct clinical supervision in primary care practice is required, with experience in group learning facilitation and team-Based care being ideal.
