The administrative manager provides leadership on non-Academic activities and administrative management, working closely with the department head on strategic planning and overall operational management including finance, hr, facilities, and communication for the department of curriculum and pedagogy (Edcp). This full-Time leadership role manages the department’s day-To-Day operations across finance (Managing budgets up to $2.5m operating and $3m+ research grants), human resources (Staff, faculty, and graduate student hiring/Management), administration, facilities, and compliance.
A minimum of an undergraduate degree in a relevant discipline and at least three years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Candidates must demonstrate a commitment to enhancing awareness related to equity, diversity, and inclusion, along with strong judgment and the ability to work independently.
