The primary role involves implementing applied behavior analysis (Aba) programs through 1-On-1 clinical intervention, utilizing evidence-Based strategies like dtt and net to help children develop skills and reduce challenging behaviors. This includes accurately collecting and graphing performance data and collaborating with speech-Language pathologists and occupational therapists.
Candidates must have completed post-Secondary education in a behavior science program or related field, such as applied behaviour analysis (Aba), and possess comprehensive knowledge of aba principles and practices. Previous in-Clinic experience supporting a pediatric population is required, along with excellent clinical judgment and the ability to manage a dynamic caseload.
