The representative will own the customer pipeline by engaging, qualifying, and advancing warm/Hot leads into the sales process, consistently meeting or exceeding conversion and revenue goals. They will also be responsible for proactively generating new opportunities through outbound outreach and creative prospecting while maintaining accurate tracking in salesforce.
Candidates must be proficient in spoken and written english and demonstrate a proven ability or strong interest in sales, lead generation, or business development, ideally with a track record of meeting targets. Essential requirements include exceptional communication skills, high organization with crm discipline (Salesforce preferred), resilience, proactivity, and a customer-Obsessed approach.
