The role centers on leading student enrollment consultations using a discovery-Based approach to align programs with family goals and proactively managing inbound leads within hubspot to ensure timely follow-Ups and high conversion rates. Additionally, the consultant must consistently meet monthly enrollment quotas and forge high-Value partnerships to create new lead-Generation channels.
Candidates must possess 2–3+ years of proven success in a fast-Paced sales environment, such as saas, recruitment, or consultative services, with a track record of meeting kpis. A bachelor's degree is required, and comfort with high-Volume outreach via video chat and phone is necessary.
