The professional learning and development consultant is responsible for designing, delivering, evaluating, and monitoring professional development activities to support early learning and child care programs and services. This includes creating professional development content and delivering training to the department’s early years staff while maintaining key stakeholder relationships.
Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree and five years of related experience, or an equivalent combination, demonstrating knowledge in designing and delivering training to large groups using adult learning principles. Excellent bilingual communication skills in english and french, strong organizational skills, and proficiency in standard office software are mandatory.
