• Lead compensation reviews and benchmarking.
• Conduct salary analysis and provide guidance on market differentials.
• Support strategic workforce planning and pay equity reviews.
• Provide compensation expertise related to collective agreements.
• Develop and maintain compensation reports and models

Undergraduate degree in human resources, business administration, public administration, or related field with minimum five years’ experience in compensation analysis or total rewards; strong knowledge of compensation theory, salary benchmarking, and total rewards strategy; experience supporting management and leadership compensation; excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
