The role involves providing general and subspecialty diagnostic and interventional radiologic services, focusing heavily on emergency trauma, cardiothoracic, and abdominal imaging within a high-Volume clinical practice. The radiologist will also play a key role in training residents and fellows through clinical work, teaching, and leading multidisciplinary meetings.
Candidates must hold an md degree, be a fellow of the royal college of physicians of canada (Frcpc), and possess fellowship training in emergency trauma imaging, cardiac and thoracic imaging, and body/Abdominal imaging. Essential requirements include expertise in interpreting various imaging modalities (Ct, mri, radiography) across all organ systems and performing specific percutaneous interventional procedures.
