The counselling team lead supports program planning and delivery to ensure a high-Quality camper experience, which includes overseeing and supporting counsellors in their roles. This involves coordinating and scheduling staff, addressing camper concerns, and providing in-Cabin support as necessary.
Candidates must be at least 18 years old and possess a minimum of two years of experience working at summer camps or outdoor centers, including experience supervising staff in a camp setting. Required certifications include current standard first aid and cpr-C.
