The registered early childhood educator will provide attentive, compassionate supervision to ensure children's health, safety, and well-Being while planning and delivering engaging educational programming using ymca curricula. Responsibilities also include conducting daily safety scans, maintaining clean and organized environments, and tracking children's development through documentation and family communication.
Candidates must possess an early childhood education diploma and maintain good standing with the college of early childhood educators, along with a minimum of two years of experience working with children or youth. Essential requirements include current standard first aid with infant and child cpr (Level c) and a recent satisfactory police record check with vulnerable sector screening.
