The main duties involve assisting with the evening supervision of overnight camp-Ins, staying awake overnight to supervise participants in the cavern, serving breakfast, and delivering hands-On programming. Responsibilities also include ensuring the facility is clean and ready for morning visitors and school groups.
Candidates must be available to work overnight shifts from midnight until 9 am and must possess a valid first aid certification. The role requires comfort working independently and possessing exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
