The assistant supports the rece and staff in facilitating child development and behavior through implementing age-Appropriate programs, using observation techniques, and ensuring the holistic development of all children. Key duties also involve maintaining a safe environment, adhering to health and safety protocols, and building meaningful relationships with families.
Candidates must be 18 years or older, possess excellent oral and written communication skills, and complete mandatory screenings including a criminal reference check with vulnerable sector screening and an updated medical. A minimum of one year of related experience and knowledge of program implementation and evaluation are required, though alternative education/Experience combinations may be considered.
