The day camp program leader is responsible for coordinating, conducting, and supervising all day camp activities while assisting in the leadership and direction of day camp staff. This role involves creating and implementing a 6-Week program for children aged 5-11, ensuring a safe, fun, and caring environment while incorporating faith-Based learning.
Candidates must have at least one year of experience in a summer camping program setting and be willing to support the salvation army's mission. Essential requirements include passing internal abuse prevention protocols and background checks, along with the ability to work cooperatively and maintain maturity and leadership.
