The seasonal program team lead is responsible for overseeing and supporting camp operations by providing leadership, supervision, and coordination of all program elements to ensure a safe, engaging, and christ-Centered experience. This role also assumes leadership coverage for program staff when the divisional camping ministries director is absent, ensuring continuity and adherence to camp standards.
Candidates must have a willingness to support the salvation army's mission and must complete two academic years of a formal post-Secondary program in administration, along with three years of prior related experience, preferably in camp programming or youth ministry. Required certifications include a police check with vulnerable sector check and current first aid/Cpr, though some training can be completed after hiring.
