Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree in industrial relations, human resources, or a related field, along with 7 to 10+ years of experience in human resources, including considerable experience in training and competency development. Fluency in both written and spoken french and english is mandatory, along with strong strategic thinking, analytical skills, and the ability to travel regionally.
