The team lead provides leadership and support to frontline employees and participants, ensuring program planning and implementation focus on participant goals and outcomes. Responsibilities include training, mentoring, planning meaningful programming, fostering relationships, empowering participants, and handling administrative and safety duties.
Candidates need extensive experience working with children, youth, or vulnerable individuals, including confidence in providing personal/Medical care and supporting challenging behaviors. Minimum education ranges from a high school diploma with 3-5 years of experience up to a university degree with 1-2 years of experience, alongside required certifications like first aid/Cpr and a police information check.
