This role is responsible for providing administrative and program support for day-To-Day operations, including data entry, registration processing, program planning, reporting on kpis, and ongoing internal and external communication. Key duties involve processing incoming registrations, preparing summer camp supplies, and providing administrative support to the team.
Candidates need a minimum of a high school diploma and 2-3 years of related experience, or a post-Secondary certificate/Diploma in a related field, along with 2-3 years of field experience including one year of administrative experience. A clean class 5 driver's license, vehicle, police information check, intervention record check, and intermediate first aid certification (Cpr level c and aed) are required.
