Community Specialist In Training (Hearts in Action Summer Camp)

The community specialist in training will provide direct care support in an engaging, safe environment, fostering genuine relationships and empowering participants to achieve meaningful days and goals. Responsibilities also include effective team communication, modeling appropriate social behaviors, and maintaining accurate professional documentation.

Candidates must be working towards completing a high school diploma and have little to no related work experience, aligning with adaptabilities' core values of growth, purpose, teamwork, effort, and integrity. Basic first aid with cpr is an asset, and certain background checks may be waived for applicants under 18.
