The weld trainer is responsible for developing, delivering, and managing training programs for welding processes on the smrx project. This includes administering lesson plans, maintaining training records, and providing feedback on employee competency.
Candidates must have a minimum of a high school diploma and a valid journeyman certification in a relevant trade, along with 4-5 years of experience in a similar role. Knowledge of conventional welding processes and experience in training or construction are also required.
