This role involves coordinating the planning and execution of the after-School program, ensuring alignment with guidelines, and developing engaging activities for children aged 4 to 12. The site lead will also oversee staff and volunteers, manage program space, handle administrative duties like attendance and supplies, and ensure participant safety.
Candidates must have a degree/Diploma or be working towards post-Secondary education in ece, child & youth care, or social services, along with demonstrated experience working with children aged 4 to 12. Mandatory requirements include current standard first aid and cpr-C certification, and the ability to work required after-School hours.
