Child Minder

The child minder is responsible for planning and implementing social and recreational activities for children aged 18 months to 12 years. This role also involves supervising children during activities and ensuring a safe and positive environment.

Candidates must have a post-Secondary diploma in early childhood education or a related field and at least one year of related experience. Knowledge of child developmental stages and excellent communication skills are also required.
