Reporting to the Manager of Live-in Treatment, the Child and Youth Worker in the Live-in Treatment Program is responsible for working closely with children, youth, their families/caregivers and treatment team to foster a responsive, empathetic and nurturing therapeutic environment that addresses the social and emotional needs in a home milieu setting. This role plays an active part in contributing and participating in the planning, implementation and on-going assessment of clinical treatment plans, including assisting youth in transition into adult living, within a multidisciplinary team. The Child and Youth Worker Live in Treatment works collaboratively with various staff and departments, and upholds the Agency’s Mission, Vision, and Values, while contributing to a positive workplace environment.
Employment Status: Permanent Full-Time
Salary Range: $56,014 to $58,323
