Employment Specialist, Base 4 Success (B4S)

The employment specialist will design and facilitate career development workshops and provide personalized counselling to help youth overcome employment barriers. They are also responsible for building community partnerships and managing participant records to ensure successful program outcomes.

Candidates must hold a post-Secondary degree or diploma in a social services-Related field and possess at least one year of experience in group facilitation or program coordination. A valid g driver's license, first aid/Cpr certification, and a clear background check are mandatory requirements.
