Employment Specialist, Base 4 Success (B4S)

The employment specialist will design and facilitate career development workshops and provide personalized career counselling to help youth overcome employment barriers. They are also responsible for managing program intake, maintaining participant records, and building partnerships with local employers to secure work opportunities.

Candidates must hold a post-Secondary degree or diploma in a social services-Related field and possess at least one year of experience in group facilitation or program coordination. A valid g driver's license, access to a reliable vehicle, and current first aid/Cpr certification are mandatory requirements.
