The program development educator (Pde) is responsible for providing education services in rural facilities and community-Based services. This includes assessing learning needs, planning and implementing education activities, and promoting client-Centered care through education programming.
Candidates must have a bachelor of science in nursing (Bscn) and three years of experience in a specific clinical area. Experience in adult education and teaching, along with advanced interpersonal and leadership skills, is also required.
