Implement prescribed treatment plans under the supervision of a registered occupational therapist and/Or physiotherapist. Support clients with exercises, mobility training, and monitor their progress.
Candidates must have a psw certification or equivalent and a valid driver's license. Previous experience in home and community care is preferred, along with strong communication skills.
