Implement prescribed treatment plans under supervision and support clients with various rehabilitation activities. Monitor client progress and maintain communication with the interdisciplinary team.
Candidates must have a certificate or diploma in occupational therapy or physiotherapy assistance and previous experience in home and community care is preferred. Additional certifications and a valid driver's license are also required.
