The functional analyst is responsible for implementing and optimizing the functionality of student data management and crm systems (Edu365) for the continuing education division, acting as an intermediary between operational and technical teams to translate needs into functional solutions. Key duties include supporting system development, ensuring system integration, managing database integrity, generating reports, and providing user support and training.
Candidates must possess a post-Secondary diploma in a relevant field or equivalent experience, along with a minimum of 3 years in similar roles, specifically involving crm and/Or sis operation. Proficiency in both spoken and written french and english is required, alongside knowledge of the canadian post-Secondary system and strong analytical and problem-Solving skills.
