The field manager will report to the manager of driver education, assisting with the recruitment and selection of contracted driving instructors while managing relationships and performance through kpis. Key duties include resolving complaints between students, parents, and instructors, and recommending program improvements to meet student expectations.
Candidates must possess a high school diploma and a minimum of three years of relevant experience in managing relationships or service agreements, with demonstrated experience in performance management and contractor recruitment/Selection. Proven ability to achieve high-Quality results under tight timelines in a fast-Paced, member-Centric environment is essential.
