This role supports the delivery of driver education programs across alberta, ensuring alignment with alberta transportation requirements and ama standards in both classroom and in-Vehicle instruction. Key duties include supporting instructor development, monitoring service quality, and acting as a primary contact for resolving escalated concerns.
Candidates must possess a high school diploma and a minimum of five years' experience in driver education or a related field, including demonstrated leadership and coaching abilities. Essential licensing includes a valid alberta class 1, 2, or 4 operator’s licence with a clean abstract, and being a licensed alberta driving instructor with appropriate endorsements.
