The role involves developing and leading high-Quality, developmentally appropriate programs for children to foster their physical, social, emotional, and cognitive growth, while also leading the integration of children with special needs. Responsibilities include planning and executing daily programming based on agency curriculum, ensuring child safety, maintaining compliance with regulations, and collaborating with staff and families.

Candidates must possess an early childhood education degree/Diploma or equivalent, along with experience working with children, including those with special needs, and must be a member in good standing with the college of early childhood educators. Required knowledge includes elect and high scope curriculum, strong communication skills, computer literacy, and the ability to pass a vulnerable police record check and possess current first aid certification.
