The program lead will oversee the signature camp program, managing lesson plans and coaching staff to ensure successful implementation. They will also lead special events and maintain open communication with campers, staff, and families.
Candidates should have completed undergraduate studies and possess experience in relevant program areas, along with strong leadership skills. Certifications in first aid/Cpr and a criminal reference check are required.
