This role serves as the primary support for it issues for staff, faculty, and students, involving hands-On desktop fixes, software/Hardware installation, and basic network troubleshooting. Responsibilities also include documenting user issues, scheduling problem calls, and assisting with system maintenance and security remediation.
Candidates must have a college diploma in computer systems (Hardware and software) or equivalent experience, along with 1-3 years of related experience. Required knowledge includes pc hardware, current and last-Generation windows/Macos, android os, ios, chrome os, basic networking, and application support for ms office and google workspace.
