The family guidance worker serves as the first point of contact for nation designated representatives and provides support to them and on-Call family guidance workers. They also act as a liaison between family guidance workers and the nation in service delivery.
Candidates must have a bachelor of social work or a related degree and at least 3 years of experience working with children and families. They should also be a c6 delegated and trained social worker or eligible for c6 child protection delegation under the cfcsa in british columbia.
