The experienced call center trainer will facilitate new hire training and design training materials while evaluating training effectiveness. They will also provide post-Training coaching and collaborate with qa and operations to align training with performance goals.
Candidates should have 3+ years of experience as a trainer in a bpo or contact center and possess strong facilitation and communication skills. Knowledge of lms platforms and adult learning principles is also required.
