The contact center trainer is responsible for delivering training programs for new hires and existing agents, ensuring they meet client expectations. This includes developing training materials and evaluating training effectiveness.
Candidates should have a bachelor's degree in a related field and at least 2 years of experience in a bpo or high-Volume contact center. Strong communication skills and fluency in english and spanish are also required.
