The independent contractor will act as the primary care provider for patient care, providing occupational therapy services and overseeing the work of occupational therapist assistants and students. Responsibilities include creating treatment plans, conducting assessments, and maintaining clinical documentation.
Candidates must be a registered occupational therapist in good standing with the college of occupational therapists of ontario and have recent clinical experience, preferably with geriatric or pediatric populations. Teaching and training experience, along with strong communication and teamwork skills, are also required.
