The psychiatrist will provide comprehensive psychiatric assessment, treatment, and rehabilitation services for older adults with complex mental health issues. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, providing consultations, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
Candidates must have a medical degree and eligibility for licensure with the college of physicians and surgeons of british columbia, along with specialist qualifications in psychiatry. Experience working in interdisciplinary teams and familiarity with recovery principles in mental health are also required.
