As an occupational therapist, you will provide services to help clients achieve optimal health outcomes and perform assessments on their occupational performance. You will also plan and implement services, evaluate their effectiveness, and maintain records.
Candidates must have current full registration as an occupational therapist with the college of health and care professionals of bc and be eligible for membership in the canadian association of occupational therapists. A broad knowledge of occupational therapy theory and practice, as well as the ability to work independently and collaboratively, is essential.
