Plan and implement child-centred programs for children aged 0-12 using specific YMCA curricula. Provide compassionate care, ensure child safety, and maintain positive relationships with families while documenting developmental progress.
Requires an ECE Diploma and registration with the CECE, or a degree/diploma in a related field such as Child and Youth Care or Education. Must possess valid Standard First Aid/CPR Level C, up-to-date immunizations, and be legally entitled to work in Canada.

Shifts will vary between 7:00am – 6:00pm. 7.5 hours per day Monday to Friday.

Time Away from Work
Full-time employees can join our group pension plan after two consecutive years of employment. Employees contribute 5% of their gross earnings per pay, which is matched by the Y. After three consecutive years of full-time service, participation in the YMCA pension plan becomes mandatory.
