Select, design, update and construct educational courses and lab aids/materials. 2. Prepare and deliver lessons, assignments, lectures and demonstrations for educational purposes. 3. Supervise students in classroom, clinical, labs, tours, etc. May involve travel. 4. Evaluate students through the use of exams, assignments and observations and to record student progress. 5. Counsel students and prospective students on matters pertaining to the program and job opportunities. QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, ABILITIES AND EXPERIENCE Specific Accountabilities Duties Required Qualifications, Skills and Abilities (QSA) 1. Degree or Diploma in Medical Radiology Technology with active registration and current licensure with the applicable national and/or provincial regulatory body. 2. Minimum of two years of recent, relevant experience as a Medical Radiology Technology (MRT) in a Canadian laboratory, including clinical laboratory. See Special Instructions to Applicants. 3. Ability to effectively engage students in learning complex topics through lectures, labs, one-on-one support, and constructive feedback. 4. Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills. 5. Effective interpersonal and problem-solving skills. 6. Commitment to excellence in teaching, collaboration, and inclusive education. 7. Ability to function as a team member in an ever-changing environment. 8. Demonstrated competence and recent experience in MS Office Suite, educational software, and the ability to learn and adapt to changing technology. 9. Demonstrates valuing diversity. Desired QSA
