Produce short Instagram Reels videos about alumni benefits.
Research potential community events for alumni team presence.
Research alumni-owned businesses and build a spreadsheet of potential directory members and business call-outs.
Build monthly dashboard reports, analyze which convocation activities generated the most sign-ups, and create visual reports for leadership.
Research Indigenous community events and festivals.
Assist in building a contact database of Indigenous alumni organizations.
Assist with planning Indigenous alumni initiatives and gather stories highlighting Indigenous alumni success.
Represent Advancement and Saskatchewan Polytechnic professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
Serve as first point of contact for inquiries regarding student awards and alumni.
