Event Organization and Meeting Logistics
Record and transcribe minutes from team and partnership meetings as needed.
Assist with planning webinars, hybrid, and in-person events relating to DICE. This may include internal (Sask Polytech) webinar series, external webinars and “lunch and learns,” networking events, lab tours, and research showcase events.
Arrange catering, room rental, AV, registration, etc for events as needed.
Supports the organization of student recruitment sessions, including scheduling, communication, and logistics arrangement Administrative Support
