QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, ABILITIES AND EXPERIENCE Specific Accountabilities Duties Required Qualifications, Skills and Abilities (QSA) 1. Graduate of a Dental Program. 2. Eligible for registration and licensure with the college of Dental Surgeons of Saskatchewan. 3. Minimum of two years recent and relevant dental experience in a dental office utilizing current clinical dental techniques. 4. Effective communication skills. 5. Effective instructional ability. 6.
