A Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Social Sciences or a related field is required, along with experience in career counseling and job placement. Professional certifications such as CCRC or CRC are highly advantageous.

Based in Calgary, AB the Career Counsellor will be responsible for working with clients to assess skills, organize and facilitate training, identify training and/or employment opportunities, and assist clients with their job search activities. A successful candidate will have experience developing career plans, be knowledgeable in working with vulnerable populations, be comfortable facilitating and instructing in a group-learning setting, be familiar with the Alberta labour market, and have the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
