Academic Advising Specialist - 100013

The academic advising specialist will manage an assigned caseload of students to support degree completion, retention, and persistence through proactive coaching and academic counseling. They will also collaborate with faculty and staff to design and implement student-Centric initiatives that promote engagement and success from orientation through graduation.

Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree with at least two years of directly related experience, including graduate assistantships or internships. Proficiency in microsoft office, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work with diverse populations are required.
