Specialist, Vision Rehabilitation

The specialist provides instruction in independent living skills and assistive technology to help individuals with vision loss regain independence. They also manage case documentation, conduct assessments, and facilitate group sessions while collaborating with a multi-Disciplinary team.

Candidates should have an undergraduate degree and relevant specialized training in vision rehabilitation or orientation and mobility. Eligibility for acvrep certified vision rehabilitation therapist (Cvrt) certification is required, along with experience working with individuals with vision loss.
